I know jokers origin story. Joker was hired by 2 mafia people to steal valuable things in the chemical factory to get money for his pregnant wife. When they got there batman came and scared the crap out of joker so he tripped and fell down in the toxic chemicals witch made his hair green, his face pale white and extra red lips. The toxic chemicals also destroyed his mind witch of course made him insane.

Yet the riddler found out that the mob killed his wife and child when he witnessed it from across the street that night. He told joker when he was threatened by hush and was running for his life. So joker's one bad day wasn't anything but the mob wanting him to be the Red Hood to take the fall for their crime. But batman showed up and Jack jumped into the acid. And the joker was born.

Jack Napier from Batman 89 is the best origin so far (although Heath and Joaquins versions are damn good too. Joker and Batman creating each other and literally being two sides of the same coin are just iconic and an amazing plot twist second to Vader being Lukes father!

I thought joker TRIPPED into the chemical pool, because he was being apprehended by batman even though he was innocent and didnt want to be taken in so he started to back up and tripped over the rail into the vat

I remember hearing that he was super sane so he knew that he was in a comic and nothing he did mattered. Maybe his wife family and friends were killed by the government or something thats what I like to imagine.

Who wouldve thought that the author of The Hunchback of Notre Dame indirectly helped create one of the most iconic supervillains of all time.

I love that you mentioned Bill Finger before Bob Kane. Intentional or no, mad respect for giving credit where credit is due.
