Things Only True Fans Noticed In The Birds of Prey Trailer
Christopher: This movie will be garbage. Harley never had hyenas in the Batman animated series, where the character was born. They belonged to the joker. And no Harley has not been around that long she is a by product of the joker. She was made to be his side kick and girlfriend. Harley is nothing without the joker. This movie is already showing the propping up of females characters over male characters just for the sake of females. It will not work. Look at what's happening to these movies. Dark fate, Charles Angel's, and it started in 2016 with ghostbusters. Ppl are getting tired of this stuff. Star wars will feel it next then this movie. Not saying they will completely bomb but ppl will have a problem with the over all product of the movie. I've never been a big fan of Harley. She didn't become popular until she was featured in comics then the Batman video games. That's when she started to pick up traction. And the characters movie appearance in suicide squad, animated and live action really got the character noticed by fan boy and fan girls. Besides some fans being obsessed with her character because they think she is pretty and connected to the joker why does she deserve her own movie? There has always been cool and strong female characters in Batman. Catwoman, poison ivy, spot from beyond one of personal favorite just to name a few. Why don't deserve a movie of their own? Harley isnt that interesting and her biggest hook is shes jokers girlfriend/side kick, but not in this movie. Birds if prey will not do great over all because no one truly wanted a birds of prey movie. I don't read the comics but I don't believe they are that popular so why this movie? Why not put all your efforts into to Batman movie which will be a reboot of the character basically. There will be a new actor playing in the roll and I'm worried about like others. Robert Patton isn't the ideal look of Bruce or bats so the story needs to be really good. We don't need or really want a birds of prey movie. We need a awesome iconic Batman movie. Janet I kinda wish to see Gotham City Sirens instead. That's where Harley is a solid member. But mostly beacause I want to see Poison Ivy hahaha
