Small Details You Missed In El Camino The: That particular tarantula has no business in the show or the film. Thats a South American spider (Chile to be exact. Grammostola rosea (or spatulata. The most recent episode of BCS (Season 5 Episode 8) they finally get it right and use an animal native to that part of the world (Aphonopelma chalcodes. a male Mexican Blonde. Ive been very much into predatory invertebrates and reptiles since the late 1980s. just something that bothered me. The Chilean Rose Hair is the most common of pet tarantulas so I know Im not the only person who noticed.

Anybody noticed the snowglobe, which Jesse held in hand in Todd's apartment, which had small figures of standing Todd and sitting Lydia inside it? It put a smile on my face. Plus both this and Todd's singing of a love song in the car implies that he is obsessed with Lydia. Very fitting for a psychopath like him. Although I kinda ship them tbh.

Want to add, though don't know if this is intentional or not:
Todd stored his 'money' in the 'M' encyclopedia, of the same label. He categorized the M of the word Money in the proper book so he may have known which one to look for later.

did Todd die? Oh wait, that was his true death when he was strangled at the end of BB series. The flash back confused me, because the actor of Tood looked WAAAY older. lol so i thought he survived the strangling. LOL

The most amazing thing I found out after is the link with the boys on the tracks and the shooting of that boy with the tarantula by Tod, just check here on YT to find out where they got that story.

When Jessie uses the gun from his pocket it is extremely similar to the way Clint Eastwood's character in the good the bad and the ugly is introduced. I think that's important to mention.

All of this were extremely obvious. If you watched Breaking Bad and didn't notice EVERY SINGLE ONE of these things while watching El Camino you didn't pay attention at all. Just sayin'.

It's not bad enough to suck, but that's not saying much. As a fan of BB I really wish they would have left the show alone. The ending was fine the way it was before this movie.

I think you missed Jesse shooting Candy with a hidden gun in his pocket is an ode to Walter's hidden robot gun in the truck of the Caddy in the last episode of BB.
reply

Another cool one I liked is that when the fake cop points a gun at Jesse in front of Todds money, its pointed exactly where Jesse shot Gale Boetticher
