Whole thing was a total trip, but I found it hilarious and I loved it.
For those who say it was a bit much, for me the muchness was what made it so great in it's own silly way. Over the top, they don't make it like that anymore. Even with musical numbers?
Wow lol wasn't expecting that at first. Carrie fisher singing was good imo. I didn't think the song was bad per se, I did chuckle a little which is worth alot in my book.
For the bartender lady, she loved every one of her regular customers. Even the rat guy (:

This is my take on life day
Life day is about the passage of life and energy, all becoming one in the force. The last line of the jedi code is there is no death, there is the force. We celebrate all being united into one through the force. Thus why the celebration is called life day.
They mention of the tree of life which we're all connected by, it made me think of what yoda said on dagobah about interconnectedness in things and how nothing is different, only in your mind.
I just wonder what the guy who just wanted to watch the incredible hulk was thinking and how many people actually lasted through watching it.

Damn, I am German, and this would have been considered really bad and not funny even in the hardest of times by the most bored people in Eastern Germany during. People would literaly rather call Stasi to get some humour from them, ratger than a drop of it from this Christmass special! Stasi or StB at least understood the concept! Even tge true Soviet torture robot would make a better show for Christmass! And remember all the Soviet torture robots were repurposed Nazi ones, they simply changed ideology chip, turned them red and added sickle with hammer.

Without doubt this is one of the greatest movies of all time. If Jar Jar Binks featured in it words couldn't describe how good it would have been. Top three movies of all time are this Cats and Howard the Duck. How these three amazing shows and films were overlooked is criminal.

It was so bad I could not stomach the last 30 minutes. That is saying a lot considering I have watched Total flops. This youtube video is all you need to know about the special. It made The Last Jedi feel like masterpiece.
