The Ending Of Interstellar Finally Explained rk: I think they are even further future humans. When he gets back, cooper tells people his story. The future humans probably found the archived footage or document of him explaining and they since they now have access to the fifth dimension (bc its the way future) they know they have to help him. I believe this movie is a small short perspective in a huge continuous cycled timeline like a bootstrap paradox. This movie is a point of view lasting mere hundreds of years when the timeline is infinite. We dont get to see them because the perspective of the movie (which is cooper) so we never get to see them helping cooper; because when they help him, hes already dead. I hope this made any comprehensive sense because as Im typing this it probably sounds crazy.

If humans of the future are using their understanding of time and gravity to ensure their own survival by assisting Murph, NASA etc (in the past) then how did the humans of the future survive and evolve in order to then help Murph? It doesn't make sense. I mean, take our present time, in order for us to be here now, we were born from our parents and they from their's and so on, so if we were now to build the library to send back information to the past in order to ensure our survival then how did we survive in the first place in order to do all this? Head melt!

What we know is a drop, what we do not know is an ocean! How did the original earthlings survive in the first place to ensure continuity of advanced humans who then found a way to make sure Cooper goes through the black hole and provides quantum data to Murph. where did it all begin? Seems like Dark to me

This video does not explain the ending because its broken. Future humans dont need us to save them as they are already in the future. In fact, altering what happened would most likely kill them. Also Cooper sent himself a message that caused him to leave so this is a paradox and breaks the story.

I'm still confused about the murph's ghost thing that turned out to be his father because murph experienced it even before his father left. So his father was already trapped in the blackhole from the start and communicating murph through ghosts, so murph will help him escape.

what is finally explained in this? All of this was clear in the first viewing itself. The thing that remains unexplained is how did the original humans escape the destruction of earth and become capable of developing the wormhole.

They transported Cooper to future after he finishes transmission of black hole data and now Cooper decides to go back to past to Edmunds, but time travel backwards is not possible, how can he go back to Edmunds?
reply

Its hard to watch the part when he leaves his daughter. I think about mine. Then when hes going through her memories in the 5th dimension I just see my 3yo daughter growing up fast lol.

This movie was way to complicated. I love the wormhole sequence, totally Spielberg/Nolan like. But the rest is too high for the audience. I would have prefered Spielberg directing

What is the need for the future humans to help the past humans because they are already safe that means humans are already safe that's why they are in future?
