Easter Eggs You Missed In Star Trek: Picard Episode 8 Lawrence: Yeah. I watched it. I confess. C-19 fatigue. It was ok. Nothing phenomenal. Better than some of the other episodes, to date. Not too much worse than any of the others. If they ever have the Emmy's again, Star Trek: Don Quixote aught to get one for Most Egregious and Insufferable Fan Service. EVER! Oh, and PLEASE don't ever say women aren't represented in TV anymore. There are LOTS of women on ST: DQ. How it serves the story? Beats the Hell out of me. Next week is the last one for the season, yeah? Please?

You guys make some good observations but they are totally undermined by your readers badly mispronouncing terms from the series you comment on. Hearing these amateur mistakes juxtaposed with an authoritative tone just makes your narrators sound like fools and is very distracting from the content. The fact that this is a chronic problem in your videos, independent of subject matter, makes it seem that you don't even care about basic quality in your production.

IMO Beautiful Flower person: Lore. Threshold: Either Q (who saw humanity losing corporeal, Borg (less likely, rebuilt by now, Iconians (who create the AIs of the past) or Control (1 nanoparticle survived and infiltrated the sentient Voyager in the future which by then has the ability to time travel, hence the creation of time bureau) OR AI from the past who remain dormant wait for a signal or a response to a signal that show synth evolution.

Don't forget the song Rios was singing to get his ship back. The old Spanish nursery rhyme Arroz Con Leche has variants in different Latin American countries. The version Rios was singing is from Puerto Rico, which means he's Boricua and so is his mother!
Arroz con leche,
se quiere casar
con una viuditita de la capital.
Que sepa tejer,
que sepa bordar,
que ponga la aguja en su campanal.

The problem is using memory alpha to throw out a reference or two but forgetting that the Borg could survive space (like they did in first contact, or that they don't really curse like that as talked about in Star Trek IV (double dumb ass on you. The best part of Picard is when they reference previous, better shows. That's nostalgia, not good writing.

You missed the Easter egg where the writing was so bad, they tried to distract you with 4 F-bombs, a vision that makes you apparently bash your head in with a rock, and Borg that give up assimilating after 2 seconds. This show is a travesty, not because it's bad Trek, but because the writing is garbage, full stop.

Easter eggs I missed because I fell asleep from mixture of boredom and apathy. Does anybody care for the convoluted plot where the characters mumble their way through explanations accopanied by flashbacks intended to fill in the blanks? I find myself reaching for a book to read instead.

The only easter egg I want to see in Picard is Picard to grow a set of balls and not be talked down to like a child buy every single woman on the show. Also, put some actual start trek into their star trek show.

You forgot one of the times that Soji moved her eyebrow. Data did the same thing when he was contemplating a thought or idea. The little movements like this are an ode most certainly to the character.

Don't worry about following this series, it's a total waste of time, nothing follows the original canon. It's literally a case of making shit up as they go along and hoping something sticks
