I think Ubbe never got enough credit in this series. He was the smartest and most level headed of Ragnar's sons. The only one you could sit down and talk to without it ending in violence. But he proved himself a great warrior in his single combat fight against the Danish king. Took a while for him to win me over but a very underated character in the series.

this show got 100% better after Ragnar died. change my mind. it was great now its even greater. idk why some people didnt accept Ragnars death yet it was one of the most logical deaths that a series can make to move on to a new story

Seriously, it's been just fine with S5 and 6. people just got attached to Ragnar a lot. He never was the protagonist, the show is called Vikings, not Ragnar.

Bjorn isn't dead. being stabbed by Ivar at the end is only showing that Ivar has won the strategic planned battle that both of them set. Ivar came on top of its plan while Bjorn is seeing their force getting battered.
