two issues first sith use synthetic kyber crystals not dead jedi crystals. two the sith do have a form of force ghosts ancient sith did it long before the jedi but thru different methods.

Plus in legends a few sith such as ajunta paul could appear as force ghosts though they couldn't travel or give ghostly advice like jedi force ghosts.
