I'm real life
See villains do emerge out of blue.
Those villains who Batman's killed or defeated are the people who are weak may not be physically or logically but may be philosophically, emotionally, socially, etc.
But people don't count the other at all.
Hell, people have been considering mental issues recently but not even putting as much effort as medical does, because it doesn't make money.
These people whom we call evil in real world are the people who break the rule or what's considered good. Why do they break them because they are weak you know what does the strong one does they bend rules (wheather for there benifit or public benifit is subjective.
But do they consider the one who bends.
Bending is harder than breaking.
Why do you think BLM protest (which I support) are happening on the streets causing inconvenience (in some places) which is breaking the rules. Because they are weak. They don't have the ability to bend the rules through government procedure.
It's not difficult to bring a change but, it's difficult for the protestors to bring a change. While if this same moto is carried by the strong people (corporates, government and organisations. They they can bend the rules easily.
DO YOU GET IT NOT THERE ARE NO SUCH PEOPLE CALLED VILLANS, BAD GUYS, EVIL PEOPLE.
THERE ARE ONLY STRONG AND THE WEAK

I really don't like this when it when this happens since it lends credence to that theory that the hero creates the villain. The only time I can accept it is when it's suppose to teach the hero a lesson in humility, showing this is the result of when they act arrogant and selfish. I can't believe no one at Marvel has created villains for Iron Man or Carol Danvers for all the awful stuff they did during Civil War 1 and 2.

so i guess personal accountability is not in evidence some of these are not batman's fault but eeh what ever my belief is it's better to have dead bad guys than living bad guys especially when they prove that they will kill again. and never assume a bad guy is dead that's why god invented the double tap, always double tap just to be sure.

this is a typical case of the blame Batman for the actions of others game.
Batman may be a fictional character, but he is a victim of something a certain crowd loves to do in the real world, and that is to push blame on someone else because they are to dumb to understand that people is capable of taking action out of their own choise.

At least he creates villains. I don't even have to try creating rivals. I became enemies with people at the first sight but never experienced love at first sight.

Right now, I just thought Batman's BIGGER fear WAS HIS CREATION, and the biggest OF FEAR WAS that HIMSELF? Oddly enough, but I doubt it

If you read the three Jokers storyline you know that the Killing Joke is the official origin of the Joker what DC is pretty much saying
