After a three-year wait, the next Wonder Woman installment is here. Wonder Woman 1984 serves as yet another thrilling installment in Diana's modern-day story. That said, it still left some unanswered questions in its wake. Here are the biggest unanswered questions in Wonder Woman 1984. Wonder Woman 1984 opens on the secret Amazonian island of Themyscira during Diana's childhood. In an incredibly arduous sort of Amazon-style Olympic games, Diana, despite being years younger than her competitors, easily takes first place before falling behind when the race is nearly finished. Though she finds a shortcut and regains first place, her aunt, the warrior Antiope pulls her out of the running, telling her that she cheated and can't win if she doesn't do it honestly. However, the existence of these games in general raises some questions, none of which get answered. What are these games called, and how often are they held? Why is Diana, a literal child, even allowed to compete against adult Amazonian warriors? Also, how are the competitors chosen? Are they from noble families, like Diana, or are they chosen from a larger group? And what do they win when they take first place in these games? Read Full Article: They: I dare someone to come up with a list of all the straight up stolen/lifted shots from other movies they copied in WW84. There are so many.
Jenkins also uses the same slow mo 'action' acrobatics over and over again.
WW was doing the signature 'slow mo Kung fu flying/rolling around in the air' thingy in almost ever single action scene. As a method of self defense or attack it makes no sense at all
Such creativity, so talented!

what are these games geez. u low on brain cells or what? it's their form of the olympics. question - what area does the amazon culture derive from? the area of the greeks/romans. and what did they do for games? hmm? gee. i wonder.
maybe do some research before putting out a video that's totally dumbed down.
where did this mysterious stone originate from? it was created by a god. you fkn answered your own question.
couldn't watch anymore after 3 mins. common sense is lacking.

Non consensual rape is a double standard that completely disempowers Wonder Woman. Introducing the classic of the Monkey's Paw and not fully explaining it's double edged nature is bad writing. IF the son got his actually wish the film would have ended 20 minutes earlier. And the binding ring of the stone with the language of the gods. how to that not factor into neutralizing everything? Patty Jenkins did a lousy job writing that story, she should just stick to directing.

I don t understand. Did the guy Steve Trevor was in transform into Steve Trevor when he convinced Diana it was him? Or did everyone else in the world see the other guy and we only saw Chris Pine (Steve Trevor) for the sake of knowing who he really was?
Also if everyone got their wishes immediately then why wasn t Steve Trevor brought back his regular self? What was the point of him completely taking over a random guy s body?

Some that bugs me are;
1. Why in 1984 WW has more advanced powerset than the modern WW.
2. Why in BvS Diana so worried about her pict when clearly she went publicly in 1984.
3. She said her Dad (zeus) give her the power of invisibility means that she remembers that her father is zeus, but in the first WW she didn't remember at all.

On the Olympic games The little princess was accused of cheating. In my opinion she did not try to trick nor sabotage those girls in the race. What I observed was a little girl who kept cool and calm, used the terrain and her surroundings to her advantage, she was very resourceful. That's a winner in my book.

Was that a smithsonian plane sitting outside fully fueled and ready to fly? Can it fly direct to Cairo without refueling? Presumably it needed to be refueled to get back, and they flew it back, how did they get an invisible plane refueled. Rhetorical, as they are all flaws.

Biggest Unanswered question for me: Who was the real hero who screened this and decided to send it to HboMax to save (smart)lives/money from going out to see this. Can you imagine risking life to go see this? Better safe than sorry never sounded so good!

INSIDE SCOOP This movie sucked because an arrogant director decided to get rid of the writers from the first movie and write it herself many think just for more creative control and a bigger chunk of the profit. sad that it ended up this way.

The real big question is why are all these questions necessary. Answer: enrich the critics. In other words, give us a large cut of the take, or else. And just to spite those American fascists I will go and I will enjoy. End of Rant
