Jon Erick Hexum didn't die due to an incident on the set of Voyagers.
It was on his next series Cover Up that it happened.
In fact, Cover Up only lasted one season as well, since the shows ratings dropped after Hexum died.
Voyagers was axed before that happened, which then freed Hexum to do Cover Up.

Does anyone else remember The Minority Report tv series? It only lasted 1 Season, but it followed the lives of the 3 Precogs after the events of the film. I liked it & still wish it had lasted more then 1 Season.

Limitless is a tv show that I was always so sad got cancelled, so good and underrated should never have got cancelled after one season especially when it s got the backing of Bradley Cooper

Life is Too Short is SO underrated, is one of the best Ricky Gervais shows.
I love Warwick Davis, he is so funny, such a versatile actor, he was amazing in this show.

I loved Voyagers and was saddened when Hexum's death brought the series to an end. Wasn't he the first well-known actor to die from a firearms accident on set?

Magic City on Starz. and also Boss on Starz. Eventhough Boss( Kelsey Grammer) was technically 2 seasons, it DEFINITELY deserved more.

Another problem with the US Inbetweeners was that they copied episodes from the UK show, rather than doing their own episodes and jokes.

I have to note the original 1978 Battlestar Galactica season 1 was 21 episodes. That's like 3 seasons by today's standards.
