From the origins of Optimus Primal and the threat of Scourge, to the influence of the '90s TV series Beast Wars, here is all you need to know before seeing Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. mjlee29: Well apparently Looper was unaware that 2018's Bumblebee was actually Hasbro & Paramount's reboot of the movie franchise. This has been confirmed by official sources as a new continuity not tied to the Michael Bay series of films. Those films (2007 Transformers )-(2017 The Last Knight ) dubbed by fans as the Bayverse is now it's own timeline separate from 2018's Beeverse timeline which will only have it's official second installment with Rise of the Beasts. This official restart has been seen in other franchises such as the Terminator Series has been rebooted several times in a similar fashion.

I bet elemental is gonna be very atrocious because of it being another dumb disney movie! And if it gets a higher rating than transformers: rise if the beasts, i'll surely go beserk because disney's animation today, SUCKS!

FIRST OFF, transformers take the form of electronic, mechanical objects not mammalian living object or creatures. Not sure how a gorilla robot come about. We ll watch it but it s getting far from what the franchise is.

Nightbird did not originate in Beast Wars she was in the original G1 cartoon series. COME ON LOOPER DO BETTER RESEARCH!

Okay, 1. Nightbird originated in G1 not Beast Wars, and 2. THIS IS A REBOOT NOT A DAMN PREQUEL HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND
