I feel like micro-aggressions are a huge issue, even among liberals and allies, so it s frustrating that you could be taking this problem and using it to educate people, but instead you ve partied for two months during a pandemic, procrastinating and making it seem like it wasn t really that big of a deal. Parts of this video were really good, but it just doesn t feel very authentic overall, and a big part of that is because it took so. damn. long to get this video. The video that was supposed to be super long and address everything and be full of my truths. but it s not even 15 minutes long. It s also hard to take it seriously when there s a jump cut every five seconds and it s so heavily edited. Idk Tana. I feel like we should be past this by now.

While I completely don t plan on supporting her ever again I don t think any apology she came out with would have been good enough. If she had been emotional at all in this video it would be seen as manipulative. It s fine not to accept her apology, I don t, but don t just say this apology sucks when you know you wouldn t have accepted it in the first place. This goes for all apology videos, not just Tana s.

I'm sorry for going to parties and making tiktoks while people that looked up to me were hurt my blatant disrespect and indifference. Its sad bc people like this will always have a career no matter what they do its clear that she was forced to do this but her PR team took a lon time writing this apology tho. like 3 months is the new record

She had a longer video explaining what was going on with jake than she did trying to even lie about this fake unauthentic apology. This girl can talk for days, a 15 min video repeating herself over and over again? Not buying it.

Throwing around a bunch of lengthy words does not make you sound educated or woke it makes this sound like a bad oral presentation that requires you to talk for x amount of time. Revisit your flash cards tana cuz this ain t it

I d be really interested to see her parents talk about their perspective on Tanas career and accusations she has made against them. There are two sides to every story. And I don t trust Tana to tell the truth.
