The real #1 missed Easter egg is not on the show at all. Parks and Rec made a real looking Pawnee, Indiana city government website that was hilarious. It had bios for all employees (Ron's bio was no picture and said something like my name is Ron, links to all initiatives, and advertisements/sponsorships/endorsements from Sweetums, entertainment 720, and other Parks and Rec businesses.
Hell, the IT department link went to a broken page/link that said, under construction.
Probably the most hilarious website I've ever been to.

They fail to mention that the Letters to Cleo shirt, first seen after losing his first job, reappears before the Unity Concert. After he lost his job at Sweetums, he's wearing it again when he's showing off Cones of Dunshire to Leslie. It's definitely a depressed unemployed Ben shirt.
Also, number one was very obvious and was one of the first crazy details I'm sure most people noticed in their FIRST binge through the series.

I never got the whole lil' Sebastian deal, what was that about. I loved the show but they had some of the most awful characters ever, Leslie Nope, April And Andy were unlikeable on purpos right. I did like how Leslie took the piss out on how awful an corrupt the Dems are, It was a masterstroke making the power hungry Leslie a democrat, corruption, nepotism, lazy staff, employing her friends etc ws genius.

And yet the show couldn't actually keep straight that Allison Gifford was in a previous episode as Cassidy. And that Jerry was called JAROLD by his mom in his diary that was almost placed in the Time Capsule, So there was no way his name could have been Gary. Booooo

Theres literally hundreds of little comments, Easter eggs and such in every episode. This was a brilliantly written show, with an incredible attention to detail. They created an alternate world filled with details. And it was funny. It did not get enough attention.

Pawnee map is just a flipped map of Muncie, Indiana. Jerry sometimes mentioning that he loves vacationing in Muncie and that is definitely a joke to Hoosiers because Muncie is disgusting!
