Lenny is a guy in disguise. THL got all the awards and AHS is extremely popular. You broke your own rule 3 times.
The most ridiculously underrated one is Villanelle from Killing Eve. She's so underrated, I won't even include her with the others, 'cause they don't compare. She's way up there with Ledger and Hopkins.
Also, I won't be including Amanda/Helen 'cause I have not seen Nikita, but from what I've read/seen, she would be on the list

]FINALLY A LIST WITH NIKITA ON IT! Yes I agree Amanda deserved the number 1 spot. Her character was one I loved to hate. Also, I think Quinn King and Rachel Goldberg from UnReal deserved a spot on this list. Rachel has gotten people killed, and Quinn has made a career off of humiliating people and has almost no remorse for it.

Jessica Lange always played the best characters on AHS. As Constance, she was an evil, faded southern belle. As Sister Jude, she was a damaged, bitter woman trying to redeem herself. That's it! I'm grabbing that Infinity Gaunlet and wiping out Cora Mills from existence, because I just can't stand her! She makes Once Upon A Time so unwatchable in my opinion simply for being the one responsible for Regina's descent into evil, and I just want Regina to stop being so damn evil!

I would also say that Victoria from Revenge was a great T. V. villain. Shes at times cooperative and at others shes pinning people against one another for her own personal gain. And Madeleine Stowe is just amazing as the character.

I am so happy with the Number 1 pick for this list. I feel like Nikita as a show is very underrated in and of itself, but Amanda as a villian especially, which is a shame because she truly is a FANTASTIC one!

Whitney Frost / Dottie Underwood from Agent Carter. Excellent villains with complicated motivations. Dottie veers more towards unwilling antihero occasionally but so do others on this list.
