This show always made me cry, in every single episode in season 1 i cried everytime and it wasn't funnnn season 2 made me angry and cry because of all the hate and discrimination they received and then season 3 made me happy. this show is everything i thought i never needed it made me come out to my sister and my mom (i haven't come out to the rest of them. getting there) Elena is the most relatable character i have ever watched in my whole entire life this show is just true for the people that haven't watched this show. PLEASE IT CAN SAVE YOU'RE LIFE FROM A WHOLE LOT OF DEPRESSION, it made me feel a lot of emotions all that from an amazing show and even an incredible plot and storyline
for all the closeted angels out there: This can save you from the fear of coming out to you're family, i know it saved me from anxiety and the scary thoughts of them not accepting me for who i really am. i love this show so much I know netflix would pick this up again because of such an amazing show and a lot of fans are going to be ripping the front door if they don't pick this up again before season 4 ends I'm sorry for such a long ass comment i just love this show too much for it to be not picked up by any tv plateform other than pop sugar tv

The only thing that I dislike about this show is how easy it is to fall in love with the characters because it makes it so easy to miss them each time I finish the show. It's amazing how the show managed to infuse LGBTQ+ rep and POC rep without one overriding the other. That's really hard to find, even with newer shows. The show also managed to tackle so many topics to make everyone feel seen and included. I saw myself and my family so much in this show and I was so heartbroken to see it go. Each episode was an eye opener, especially the Season 4 episodes. I'm still able to laugh at the jokes and cry at the tragedies no matter how many times I rewatch it. Justina Machado is criminally underrated. She had such a dynamic performance in this show that I felt like Penelope Alvarez was a real person that I could actually meet and talk to. Props to all the people that made this show possible because it was the first show in which I managed to laugh and cry back to back.

recently finished all seasons. . sorry, not impressed. . Cristela is way funnier, and it was canceled after a season. . even in tackling social issues, Superstore does a better job. I hate it when sitcoms get too dramatic. that's not what i came for. . Rita Moreno is the only saving grace of this sitcom. She is really funny. . Anyway, I kinda get why Netflix axed it. The latest season with Pop is even drier. . didn't rise to the level of Schitt's Creek, the network's gem. Not saying the show is bad, but in terms of sitcoms (Which I am a huge fan of, I've seen better. .

I love the subtle references to Rita Moreno's past characters. Season one at the party she stood up and called out Hey you guys! like she did on the show The Electric company back in the 1970's and season two she said I want to live in America & Penelope replied I know you do. from West side story. I love those verbal Easter eggs.
So while you're here, enjoy the view. keep on doing what you do.

I think the commentary was spot on for this video. It just felt really inclusive, and also how they explained why representation matters and another thing is that they used Latino (Latinx) and Hispanic seperately because they are different things

Honestly, Im quite disappointed in Netflix. I as someone who lives in Scotland, only had access to one day at a time was when it was released on Netflix. Now that season 4 Is on pop, I cant access it legally.

I can not believe this was canceled, it was such an eye-opener for me to become aware of another perspective. I really enjoyed it because it was not disrespectful to anyone.

Fun Fact: The series is rated PG but if you're bilingual or Speak Spanish it's TV-MA cuz they're sayin some things that would not fly if they said it in English. lol

The show's script supervisors deserve major credits for this show's success! This is probably the very first show that has the least, or not one, plot hole ever!

I'm pissed they cancelled this show. This show actually meant something. It put out a real message. Nothing cheesy.

I miss the original theme song. Now that its on PopTv theyve shortened it and made a new opening scene. I hate it.

Netflix should cancel Riverdale and revive this show. It's relevant to today's times and culturally significant.

I just came across this show a few days ago. I've finished the whole series now. I'm bummed that it's canceled.
