There is one mother you forgot to mention, Walt's own mother Flora Call Disney, who sadly wasn't able to see Walt become the major success he became. Flora passed away from a gas leak in a house that he and Roy bought for their parents, it really hit Walt for he felt responsible for her death which was why in so many movies there were children without parents or no mothers since, subconsciously, that haunted Walt.

I think Mrs. Jumbo is the very first mom character. The very first Disney movie is Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs: at a young age she has no parents, 2nd film is Pinocchio, no mom but the blue fairy did bring him to life, 3rd film is Fantasia which has no story of a mom and dad by music well not until the sequel and the 4th film is Dumbo which makes Mrs. Jumbo the first Disney Mom Of All Time.

Most Disney mothers are amazing and loving minus the stepmothers or the kidnappers. I kinda wish that Ellas mother from the 2015 Cinderella was on this list. Similarly to Bambis mother she isnt in it much but she makes a big impact. Shes the reason Ella becomes who she is for the rest of the film. Shes kind, caring, gentle, nurturing and just an all around lovely person.

Agree on this list accept for Elinor. I would say she is in the bottom because she starts with a flaw that usually strains or destroys a family bond. And even going as close-minded as telling Merida to listen just because she is the queen. People often underestimates the toxicity of close-mindedness. Tho ye for her credit she redeemed herself and so did Merida.
