Put me on the list for What? No Mamma Mia? It literally took my pain away once when I was laid up in bed with a really bad wound. Colin Firth (my favorite actor) started singing, and I know he's not one of the world's best singers, but at that moment I felt great. I also have to give a shoutout to The Sound of Music, which is one of my top go to's partly because of its length: three hours of happy.

While waiting for the #1 choice, I thought it's going to be Clueless, Sister Act or Miss Congeniality. Great list. though missing those two other films. Another great film to have included would be The Birdcage. Also, Grease should have been more than an Honorable Mention, but that's really just nitpicking.

This list is really. white. And thats not the fault of MsMojo, because these are some fantastic picks. But the industry has been so oversaturated with the same kind of cast of characters that a feel-good movie seems to be synonymous with white female lead. Just an observation.

I remember watching La La land during a very difficult time in my life.
The ending was so bittersweet but I honestly felt a lot better after watching. Thats definitely one of my favorite movies and a movie I always watch when Im feeling sad and need a pick me up

The Princess Diaries basically made my realize my love for Anne Hathaway as a child her and Lindsay Lohan were my idols growing up, so yeah I make it a priority at least once a year to watch The Princess Diaries and The Parent Trap.
