JD would never actually surpass Matt and that was proven thru the state game and just how easy JD would break and Vince became great thru hard work like Matt but Matt proved time and time again he was a great person on and off the field. Much more Talented. yet always ignored by college recruiters. Call it bad writing I guess

I hate how they treated Matt in season 3. He literally carried the Panthers to state(and they won)but JD makes 1 touchdown and hes Jason Street Reincarnated. And I dont like how Joe abusing JD was swept under the rug. Joe was abusive emotionally and physically. The Taylors did what they were supposed to do by calling CPS and they had the nerve to treat them like they ruined their family. No JOE ruined the family by treating JD like a football player and not his son.

Just watching this video makes me Tear up! Loved this show to the core- i watched this show for the first time in 2021. Coming from a country without any signs of American Football, i was hesitant to watch it. One of the best decisions i've ever made was to give it a shot!

Hi all. Great show. Working my way through sweason two. Great idea I had, I think. The team loose a tough one. After coming bk from two TS down in thedying minutes, they miss the extra pointwhi h would have tied it. Sooo, they get a new placekickerfrom the girls soccerteam!

rewatching this show and man i've got to say this show couldnt exist today XD first few episodes youve got high schoolers messin around with older dudes and stuff. great show though watched it back in my hs days playing football of course XD

I thought I was gonna hate season 4 with a lot of new cast but loved the show cant believe I never knew about it until 2021. It could of been longer than 5 seasons. So many great messages.

My favorite scene was when Matt sang to his grandma while on the date with Julie. He thought he ruined the date by doing that. Instead Julie was in awe of how sweet & caring Matt is.
