I absolutely cannot believe you said Bob and Phil when it was Bing and Danny, Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye! Both were two of the biggest box office draws in the 40s. BOTH of them so shame on you miss mojo and do better I know you have it in you but this one was just a big mistake, huge. Oh and this was not my generation, this was my parents generation, the greatest generation so thats with 40 years before my time. This movie was made in the fifties, and they were aging, but, that dance number showed how lithe and bouncy they still were they still had a spring in their stepAnd Danny was just cracking Bing up, you can hear Bing laughing as Danny steps get more wild and more flamboyant, Bing is laughing his Hiney off.

Of your list of ten best Musical Duets, for me only four deserve to be on that list and they were Sisters - Cinderella - Sound of Music and West Side Story being in the number one position. Others that should have been on your list are Carousel - Oklahoma - The Music Man - Seven Brides for Seven Brothers - South Pacific - and many more. I saw La La Land and I thought it was a poor imitation of the great musicals of the 30's, 40's and 50's and I was very surprised to see it nominated for an Oscar. If Hollywood is going to put all types of actors in musicals, they should teach those actors how to sing first. The majority of actors who try to sing today have no concept as to how to sing.

Nope, my favorite duets were not counted. Doris Day and Gordon MacRae in On Moonlight Bay and By the Light of the Silvery Moon. Doris and Howard Keel in Calamity Jane. Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy in a few movies, Maytime is one of my favorites by them. They also did a version of Indian Love Call in their Movie Rose Marie. And if people are wondering what song that is, if you watched Mars Attacks the song that made the Martians head explode. that's the song. Then there is Shirley Jones and Gordon MacRae and Shirley and Howard. Also Shirley Jones and Robert Preston. All very good duets sung in those movies.

We're a Couple of Swells, Judy Garland and Fred Astaire from Easter Parade? If I Loved You from Carousel? People Will Say We're in Love from Oklahoma? Till There Was You from Music Man (way better than that song written for the movie but not actually from the musical Sound of Music); ? Anything You Can Do from Annie Get Your Gun? But Grease, really?

My all time favorite didn't even make the honorable mentions. All I Ask of You from The Phantom of the Opera. Such a beautiful love song capped by the immense emotional impact of the Phantom's reaction to listening to the whole thing. Gives me chills every time. I'd also have taken A Heart Full of Love from Les Mis.

So, so many weren't there! I mean, you have that so-so La La Land duet but not All I Ask Of You? Not to mention Indian Love Call (Rose Marie) Only Make Believe (Showboat) Sunrise Sunset (Fiddler) Money, Money (Cabaret, even Thanks for the Memories (The Big Broadcast of 1938) - and so many more great ones.

I thought that LA LA Land was totally over-rated. I did not care for it. I thought the music was mediocre at best. Comparing it to the old Hollywood musics is an insult. Those 40s and 50s performers were beyond talented and had skills that almost no current actors possess, but that's just my opinion.

Suddenly Seymour should of been first. You know it, I know it and the plant that you fed blood to knows it. Also if you felt the need to put Grease in the list, why didnt you do Summer Nights. Youre The One That I Want is good but no where near as iconic as Summer Nights.

To add for another list:
1. The song from Carousel that you showed but wasn't in the list.
2. What about the one from Seven Brides for Seven Brothers that Adam sings to his fiance/ wife.
3. I believe there was one in The Unsinkable Molly Brown.

When I was in my 20's I practiced and practiced Little Shop of Horrors, Suddenly Semour over and over for no other reason than to copy the Audery part.
To my neighbors in the converted warehouse we lived in, in Emeryville California, I'M SOOOO SORRY.

Ten Minutes Ago is my favorite of all time. It starts kind of matter of fact, then it turns serious and intense. From infatuation to deep love, right before our eyes. Well, at least in the 60's version with Lesley Ann Warren and Stuart Damon.

During the filming of Something Good from Sound of Music, apparently the lights used to give the moonlit effect kept making noises that sounded like raspberries. Hence the scene is shot largely in profile, so it's harder to see the actors laughing.

Here's a little FYI trivia about Sisters from White Christmas! The cover done by Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye was done as an impromptu joke between takes, but later they decided to put it in the movie! Only they could do it so well!

Wasn't Vera-Ellen's voice dubbed for this movie? If so, this should not count for the countdown. It is a great scene from a good movie, though. But the dance scene with Vera-Ellen and Danny Kaye is a classic!

No. 7 no, not even close to being in the top ten of musical duets. Disappointing that you felt you needed to put it on the list for commercial reasons.

Ryan Gosling grew up doing dance troop routines in Canada. Just check out Graham Norton for that footage. No surprises here
