The guests on the show CONSENT TO having their issues televised nationwide and WILLFULLY appear on the show. There paperwork and guidelines they are given and they acknowledge those by signing their name. THEY made the choice to appear on the Dr. Phil show and if they dont get what they want they play victim and claim Dr. Phil is profiting off their problems while exploiting them. No each and every one of those people did that to themselves.

Dr. Phil will be the first to tell you that no one is more respectful towards women than him, but the fact that the Dr. Phil show referred to a woman as the monster-in-law shows that he is nowhere near as respectful as he wants us to believe. I need to ask, can you not get sued for having someone followed without legal cause? Saying that a report shows you were at a bar, how the hell did he know that. I am not American, but South Africa has the POPI act which makes personal information ilegal to gain, thus if someone calls you, all you ask is who are you and where did you get my number, enough to sue them to never do it again.

I don't condone what the bum fight creator does, But he should have been number 1 on this list for calling out and exposing phil. Phil is just as bad as the bum fight creator who is exploiting all his guests.

While I do like Dr. Phil by NO MEANS, I do worry it would get too close for kids to consider losing their smartphone as abuse. Or not memorizing pronouns would put you in jail, etc. There are ways we need to better teach our children. More love and less money, abuse, etc.
