Also, as much as i hate Zoey, her first kiss with Ted is much more romantic than most of the moments you listed.
Also - Ted listening to Tracy singing La vie en rose; Ted making it rain for Robin; Lilly&Marshall's wedding under the tree; Barney's talk with his mom about how Robin means more to him than kids.

Victoria shouldve been the mother IMO. Because the chemistry between them was amazing and both kids had blue eyes. But when I watched Something Old it gave the best foreshadowing that Ted and a Robin would end up together.

To tell the truth the Christmas episode was number 2. The most romantic scene in the entire show was when Barney just up and went to San Francisco to bring Lily back. End of debate love all the comments!
