I hope to see buzz's parents for his inspiration to become a space ranger and maybe at the end it reveals zurg true identity if he isn't a robot so it could be buzz's dad or mom to be zurg because of it might be a joke in toy story 2 even though they were playing together and I'm just putting his mother out there to be zurg because of who is buzz's mother question of what I read from it so it could disguise her to look like a male and Change her voice I would see something like that happen

I think its still going to be a great movie. BUT! it makes perfect sense why people want tim allen back he is what we all were introduced to as the sound of buzz.
Also since the toy is based off the real guy wouldnt they match the voice to what the actual actor sounds like. You dont see a spiderman toy with someone elses voice in the stores do you? In real life they wouldve paid the actual buzz lightyear to do voice overs for the toy so it would be tim allen.

First of all, I don't 100% believe in the Pixar theory until i see for myself. As much as i enjoy them more than any other film studio on Earth. Secondly, I'm super hyped for Lightyear and have been so since Pete Doctor announced it last year at Disney Investor Day. Chris Evans and Buzz are sure to be a matchmade in fanboy heaven. I wasn't super into the Star Command cartoon from twenty years ago though. That's why my expectations are in neutral territory.

I have to admit, I have mixed feelings about someone else voicing Buzz Lightyear. I understand that this is a story about the actual Buzz Lightyear and not Andy's toy but it's just going to seem weird hearing someone else's voice come out of the beloved character. Aside from that, I'm actually excited about seeing this film. Visually it looks amazing and I do hope we finally get to see the real Emperor Zurg that inspired the toy version.

-because we haven't know who is buzz real name yet. Buzz is just his Surname or a makeup name. In the original toy story 1 after Buzz lost his arm, He just say Mrs Nesbitt and I think what he said about his real name might be true.

I feel like this move is more buck Roger's in how he to was a test pilot who got sent into the future buzz robo cat does say it has been 62 years 7 months and 5 days witch makes me wonder what year is it in the move and how long we're they stranded on that planet I can't wait to see this movie I get goos bumps when I see the trailer

I'm honestly super excited for this movie and being a toy collector I cannot wait for someone to get the license to make action figures for this movie. Maybe like a smaller scale figure of him in just a regular astronaut uniform with the ship would be amazing as another option.

I dont think hes traveling to another planet because in the trailer we can See a line with years and minutes we can also See that he is gonna do some sort of slingshot around the Sun
