Keeping thinking its never going to happen,

Women were considered Old Maids 25 yrs old back in the day. Tracing my Family Tree to 1517, all the females:
- Sisters, Mother, Grandmothers, Great Grandmothers + all were teenagers 12-19 years old, when they married and stayed married to death do them part or are still married today. Today, all our children went to college first and many married in their late 20s or 30s. Times have changed.

I know marrying young doesnt always end up in divorce, but yall have to realize there was significant age gaps in some of these marriages and, therefore, one of them had the power over the other due to the different level of experience. For example, Uma Thurman and Gary Oldman. Dont you think he was courting her while she was still a minor? Thats where the problem is, not really in marrying young.

I think it's also worth noting that marrying young doesn't always equal a bad marriage or divorce. There are many couples who have married in their teens or early 20's who have had long and healthy marriages. Marrying young may be right for some, but not for others so to each their own.
