I thought you meant both movies and TV shows.
For me, its when Spencer Reid was forced to kiss Diane Turner, Maeve Donovans stalker/killer, in season 8, and when Reid was, again, forced to kiss Cat Adams in the last season.
The Cat Adams one is probably worse because she literally threw Reid in prison, kidnapped his mother, and possibly ruined him in the worst way possible, and fans somehow think Reid and Cat are ship goals.
