Top 20 Greatest Duet Songs of All Time To me the list is good, again, but it could have been better:
- Under Pressure should be number 1 and When You Believe should be second. though those two firsts could change places.
The order in is kind of messed up but these should have made part of the list:
- Tell Him by Barbra Streisand & Celine Dion
- Somewhere out there by Linda Ronstadt & James Ingram
- Written in the Stars by Elton John & LeAnn Rimes
- After All by Cher & Peter Cetera
- I Finally Found Someone by Barbra Streisand & Brian Adams
- Guilty by Barbra Streisand & Barry Gibb (Yes, Barbra is listed thrice, but those duets are pure gold)
- Dont Know Much by Linda Ronstadt & Aaron Neville (Yes, Linda is listed twice, but those duets. again, gold)
I am sure I am missing several, but those, OMG, pure magic!
(BTW, The Girl Is Mine by Macca & MJ is waaaay better that Say, Say, Say)\r\n

2 Irish Legends did a Duet In A Lifetime Clannad and Bono just proves so much research so much music was done and so rare in History im just doin Girl and Guy or a Group etc vice versa cause theres a few guy duets and girl duets are the best. But one for one each i go Something's Gotten Hold Of My Heart Gene Pitney and Marc Almond and I Know Him So Well Barbara Dickson and Elaine Paige

Time to say Goodbye Sarah Brightman & Andrea Bocelli (con te partiro) the Best Duet Couple very emotional Song and Moving. Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston When you Believe both Singer's have iconic Voice's Whitney Houston hair was incredible doing a Duet with Mariah Carey. R. I. P. Whitney Houston you are missed. I always Love me a Good Duet Song they're the Greatest!

Some great duets! I'm surprised I've never heard Don't Give Up. I like the George Michael version of Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me better than the original. Endless Love is better as a duet than a solo by Diana Ross. Under Pressure is one of the best songs by both Queen and David Bowie. Run-D. M. C. and Aerosmith did Walk This Way better than the original

Who voted on this? I can't even remember the last time I heard Say Say Say. the rest of the top 5 was much more memorable, successful, and better overall. Prayer is a much better Bocelli duet than him and Brightman. Janet and Michael? Donna Summer and Streisand? This list is a mess and unacceptable.
reply

And where is Celine and Barbara- Tell him?
Is the most beautiful duets, is just my personal opinion, the way she suports each other. On the list also my favorite is Tina Turner and Bryan Adams, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston- When you believe

reply

Britney and Madonna me against music, Bryan and Melanie C when you are gone, Patti Labelle and Michael McDonald on my own Kylie Minugue duets with Nick Kave when wild rose grown and with Jason Donovan especially for you are also good duets.
reply

I disagree with the #1 - Say Say Say. What about the song - you are the one that I want - ONJ and John Travolta - should be somewhere in your list.
I agree with the rest, though. Mayve Endless Love should be #1

reply

First of all it's not Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston, it's Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey. No way Mariah gets billed over Whitney. Bogus list for that very reason, plus the omission of several classic duets.
reply

When the list almost included all the music legends, and Mojo choose Rihanna & Neyo on WHAT SONG? C'mon! Please do better for ALL TIME LIST, man! Your music director push too hard to include his/her fave!
reply

Sure would be nice if we could hear more of the song and less of the narrator explaining why the song is so great. I think we can figure it out for ourselves. Are the narrators paid by the word?
reply

Listen! I would have LOOOOVED to hear Luther Vandross and Anita Baker perform a duet. Their styles and lyrical flow and feel was very QUIET STORM! Maybe Jeffrey Osborne or Peabo Bryson IF NOT LUTHER?
reply

Great duets you might check out are Marvin Gaye and Kim Weston -It Takes Two, Joe Coker and Jennifer Warnes- Up Where We Belong and Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes- I've Had The Time Of My Life.
reply

Carey & Houston! Houston---still missed! Endless Love---Fabulous! Ain't no Mountain Enough! Marvin Gaye- Fabulous. All greatest songs! Queen--love all! Michael Jackson! Miss him!
reply

Honorable mentions:
Lady Gaga & Beyonce - Telephone
Madonna & Britney Spears - Me against the music
Jermaine Jackson & Pia Zadora - When the rain begins to fall

reply

Says theyre not including FEAT songs and then they have at least two on this list. Rihanna feat Ne-yo? On a greatest duets? Come on. Youre placating the minorities.
reply

When you believe, don't know much, say something, jewel ft dolly parton, celine ft Barbara Streisand, neyo ft Mariah Carey, no air by chris brown ft jordin
reply

Yea this list is ok, but the greatest not so fast. Whitney and Mariah I give you. If Luther and Peabo Bryson is nowhere on this list. It looses credibility.
reply

Say Say Say at #1 with no good reasons? I mean, I love MJ and Paul as much as anyone but come on. This is far from being the best duet on this list.
reply

Never heard 'say say say' in my life. Is this in an alternate reality? And MJ and PM are the worst. What a tragic countdown to disappointment.
reply

Totally disappointed in Bing Crosby and David Bowie Christmas song from the TV special wasnt on this
Totally unexpected and amazing

reply

Umm - any song by Simon and Garfunkel - can't believe Sounds of Silence or Bridge Over Troubled Water did not make this list!
reply

You're All I Need to Get By by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell is a great duet that should be included on this list.
reply

What happen to Kenny Rodgers and Sheena eastern and we got tonight and Eddie rabbit and crystal Gayle with you and i
reply

I Think Scream For Micheal And Janet Should Be One Of Them
And I Can't Remember To Forget For Rihanna And Shakira

reply

Seems odd to not include any group duet songs like Sound of Silence and You've Lost that Loving Feeling.
reply

Such a crime not to include any of Celine Dion's biggest duets (Tell Him, Beauty and the Beast, The Prayer.
reply

What an interesting list! A little 80's driven for my taste, but I always love the behind the scenes info!
