Slipping through my Fingers, holds a special place in my heart. It hit me hard when I realized one time while watching the scene that my baby sister was walking around, when the month before she had just been crawling. It made me just realize how short time really is, and how things are so quick to change and we as people are so quick to grow. I remember I cried and gave her a big hug, and told her I loved her so much!

Its a bittersweet song that happens at a part thats more bitter than sweet, but its also hopeful and inspiring, urging you to hold onto your dreams. And when you learn that (spoiler) it got her the part at the audience, that makes you want to shed more tears of joy.
