I (born in 1969) have long wondered about this Taylor-Hype, Swiefties-Mania. Thanks to this summary, everything is finally clear to me. Taylor Swift is the new Madonna. Including the thin little voice that has to be supported by fashion and other distractions. Thanks, I'll stick with Bonnie Tyler, Tina Turner, Janice Joplin and not even talk about the great Aretha Franklin or the unforgettable Whitney Houston.

I’m not officially a swiftie but I am officially a branchie. Anyone else miss Michelle Branch She was one of Taylor’s biggest influences but then her label ruined her career and she’s been living on the other side of fame since with a shelved album. Which I’ve listened to; it’s incredible!

My initial introduction to Taylor Swift was watching the music videos for. Teardrops on my guitar and Mine and afterwards I became an instant Swiftie and I've loved every song and video since then ( especially Bad Blood)

Hold up. A best Taylor video without You need to calm down even being RANKED! Ouch. Still a great list, but that song was not just iconic but necessary ( & absolutely instrumental in shutting down some ignorant ideas!

Anti-Hero vid is the vid that stands out to me the most. The fact that one scale scene got attention to the point where it’s no longer there. And towards the end, I got thinking of Ginormica from Monsters vs Aliens.

I gather she got to sing Tim McGraw with the man in a concert -- or TV appearance; I forget which.
The Cheerleader song is my favorite, with the Other Cheerleader song a close second. : -)

My #1 goal is go to the Eras Tour this year. I'd guess my favorite videos are either Lavender Haze, Shake It Off, Bad Blood, Blank Space, Fearless, You Belong With Me and All Too Well.

Every time Taylor releases a new tune, I get super excited, because I know that it will be accomplished by a killer music video. Shake it Off and Blank Space would be my favourites.
