Why is Shirley Temple on this list No one is surprised she could sing. She was hired because she could sing & dance. It’s rare to find a movie of hers where she doesn’t sing. It would have made as much sense to include Miley Cyrus on this list.

Zendaya is one of the few child actors that has absolutely kicked azz and broke out into a bonafide adult superstar, acting, singing and seemingly avoiding all those pitfalls that child actors fall into. It's a sight to see.
