Actually it was Glorfindel who saved Frodo, in the books at least. Eowyn should have the spot, also AEowyn should be higher than Katniss (why is she so overrated on watchmojo) Eowyn saved many men, and her uncle from being a fell beasts lunch. she did have help from Merry, but that's fine for it shows growth in his character.
