This game looks so GOOD! Like they got the feel of it down with the updated graphics without overdoing it. It's just like what that Wild Guns: Reloaded game did, it kept the whole retro charm without completely getting rid of it completely.
I've weirdly never really played much of the original game, but I am down for this reboot/remake/rewhatever it is.

since the switch is portable, and still a pretty powerful home console, it needs 2 things to be fully attractive, AAA titles (Zelda, Mario, Metroid, 3rd/2nd party games) as well as nostalgia gems that attract the older people to enjoy their childhood on the go. Blaster Master IS my childhood. GG Ninitendo, GG. Looks like I'm buying a Switch soon

man the first few mins. was a lil upset cos it looked N felt exactly the original until wen to 3rd. liked how same feel n same theme intro level. one of fave games of all time. just hope this wont be as hard as the original. this one game never ever could beat. never to this day still can not beat the game!

Sound design is awful in my opinion. Shooting is anoyng as hell. New songs are not fitting the style of the game. Adition of Green everythere is unnesesary. There are the boss themes? Why are there mimics of metroid sound? Dialogs are breaking the flow of the game.
It looks pokemonish somehow.

This does more to make me buy a switch than nearly any other game. yes, including Zelda (though I am looking forward to finally getting to play it. And this is certainly more appealing than that idiotic 1-2 Switch game that Nintendo evidently thinks is worth 50 bucks.

Sounds like they kept a lot of the Sunsoft-style bassline in the music, plus the NES-version sound effects, both choices are a big thumbs up for me. I'm looking forward to this one. Blaster Master is an often-overlooked gem from the NES and deserves some recognition.

Reboot? If this is a reboot this is definitely a fail! after 30 years the song is exactly the same and the game looks exactly the same! they couldn't even enhance the graphics a little bit better? very disappointed being that I love this game when I was a kid

This is my dreams coming true. FF7 Remake? Whatever. Blaster Master is one of the greatest games of all time. Hell I tried to remake it years ago until sunsoft sent me a very nice message telling me I should stop. (I thought they were dead at the time)

Man, this looks nothing like Blaster Master 2 D:
JKJK It looks great and seems to got most of the game down from the original. I'm going to miss the never-ending spawning of enemies and some of the jankiness of the original.

When I picked up the switch, and saw this was coming on the Nintendo store, I had a huge smile on my face! This reboot looks like it won't suck! Blaster Master is my favorite NES game along with Zelda!

The tempo speed for the area 1 song is what is making this look bad,
Its like their trying to rush you through the game which I really don't like.

It seems to play -much- better than the original game. Only complaint is the walking speed in overhead sections, which is about 40-60% too damn slow.
