Jeff, I've had that exact dream, where I'm back at school and don't know anything that's going on. Moreover, almost everyone I've talked to, even people in their 70's, who attended school have had and continue to have that dream. So yeah, look forward to that for the rest of your life.

I dunno how it would work, but if it would, I highly recommend trying some VR horror experiences. normal horror movies and games don't do it for me, but I die any time I have to use my body to turn around when something spooky might happen. A Chair In A Room works pretty great!

I realize I'm watching this and commenting 5 years later, but I have the exact dream Jeff was describing (adult going back to school for some reason, can't remember or find my classes) SO frequently and I've never found someone else who had quite the same dream.
