I usually trust you for everything cause, lets be honest, you're the best. But this time it was a mess, you forgot to mention lot of steps in roundtable, i had to go back and forth till I realized there was another room open in there where i had to talk with her, you also didn't mention D. this is the first time ever that for sure you only didn't help but actually made it harder to finish the quest.

If fia isn't there, then you need to talk to her in the roundtable, she'll give you a Dagger, give that dagger to D, (he's also in the roundtable) then reload the game.
Now the door near the blacksmith (also in the roundtable) will be open, fia will be there, talk to her again and now she will appear after the fia's champions fight

I accidentally killed Fia before going for the cursemark of death. Is there any way I can get her back? I don-t want to start a new game + if there-s still a way to defeat the boss.

It-s too bad, you have to do so many things. Just to find and get to a boss. I want to be able to just go there lol. This is getting really confusing for me haha.

Anyone know anything about how this fight affects D-s quest line? If I go straight to Fia and do this will I still be able to get D-s set and the inseparable sword?

A little late to the, but to reach deepeoot depths you can just get in the coffin after fighting the valiant gargoyles. You don't have to wait till Farum Azula

Be careful not to accidentally hit left trigger when talking to fia, I locked myself out of the rest of the questline because she became hostile. -
