I've never herd the bookstore one in Pittsburg because I never take the time to kill everyone in the store. I always stealth kill the 3 guys out front then bow kill the upstairs guys. The 3 times I did kill everyone in the store it was to get the collectibles down stairs but I always immediately made my way to the optional conversation with the 3 hanging soldiers behind the book store. I never even knew it was there.

You don-t have to do the save in the hotel, just climb the ladder and wait.
For the jokes with Henry and Sam, I-ve noticed you have to go to the very bottom so Joel tells Henry about tommy, then there-s a firefly pendent hanging in a tree you have to shoot down before you enter the last house. Otherwise it will just play the standard darts thing with the kids.

the trophy was hard to get, especially the jokes one. But I finally made it to take the trophy! I was missing a joke and in the DLC it wasn't letting me get it. finally i went to the lobby of the hotel and be careful, first i opened the safe and then i climbed the stairs and i'm so still and Ellie started with the jokes and i got the platinum trophy in the hotel hobby

My last playthrough was awful because I couldn't manage to find a single one of these. I heard Ellie mention something about lightening the mood, so I stood around and waited, but she just left me hanging for the entire rest of the game. I'm still not sure what I did to deserve that.

Both games have a different light, part one was more light hearted and still enjoyable. Part two was more dark, and lots of tears. But still very good. I love both games to be honest-
