2: 13 Or you can do the British thing and just dunk them in tea. So overall encouraging eating more.
5: 40 Yep you got it, to ken is to know something.
8: 53 Yep, see now the anecdote from episodes past makes sense. Like without that context it's wierd to know you frequently visited prison as a child and had prison Christmas.
I don't think Van Zieks wrote the letter to Kazuma. Sure he's vengeful but imo that's not something in character for him, even when younger. Also the Kaurma-Karma refrence is kino.
Gorey is wierd but cool, likey extremely wierd and defo creepy/unsttling but cool.
That ending was a major twist that came out of nowhere. Welp I can't wait to see what the final chapter brings, I want answers to everything (especially since they have specifically left Mikitoba and Iris' relationship unsaid, and whatever Sholmes and Miktoba are investing) and I'm sure the game will provide.

dude was wrong, his partner was wrong, and if either of them believed what they were saying, they wouldn't have ranted at you.
this is 100% because of your age and gender. some people just CANNOT hear young women talking happily without getting mad about it. it is the weirdest thing
you come to the theatre to watch movies in a community space. silence is what you want, but you have to recognise that's not what you'll GET. mfer can get a home theatre or go to the afternoon matinee.

I personally like to watch the credits. Even those that are just music and the names of the beautiful people who made the movie, I just sit there and vibe. That being said, I never haressed anyone about it. Gold rule of theater is: if the lights are on, you can talk; and most people do or are already moving out of the room (always discussing the movie. It never bothered me, at least way less than people talking or using their phones in the front seat mid-screening.

As a middle aged man who once told someone on the opposite side of the theatre to switch his BlackBerry off because the screen was too bright, I can say that the credits are absolutely fair game. Heck depending on the movie you can talk during the picture itself, I was in front of a kid spooling off dinosaur facts for one of the Jurassic Park movies and that was 100% correct etiquette on the part of that child.

Unless its a premier screening, theres an event of someone special guesting it who worked on it or there are bonus material clips in the credits instead of just an end credit you can talk, quietly. It is however in some theaters customary that you can talk until the lights go off and you can start when they come on, and for some theaters they keep the lights off until credits have rolled.

jkfdlja; fjds this sucks.
I've kinda realized in recent years that I don't even like going to theaters. like I understand the appeal, but they are not for me.
rather be able to enjoy the movie on my own without having to worry if I'm bothering anyone/having other people bothering me. not to mention being able to pause if I have to get a drink/take a break, whatever.

The only time you should be quiet during credits as if they sneak a post-credits scene during the credits, since editors have been putting them at random spots. That’s your cue to be quiet again for a bit.
But when the credits themselves roll, you’re allowed to talk. I’m 100% sure that the hundreds of people who worked on the movie won’t be offended.

Also, it is a community space. Go watch at home if you don't want the experience. To me, the light conversations during credit is part of the experience. Even DURING the movie where there's gasps and laughter, this is a common thing in the US! Perhaps not everywhere abroad, but given the circumstance, it's a little silly.

If someone does this kind of thing, don't try to argue your case. Just repeatedly ask things like Why are you being so weird Why are you so hostile Why do you need to confront people It doesn't always work, but drawing attention to the actual behavior and not the point they're making can sometimes embarrass them.

I can relate to him somewhat in that I immediately expect people to talk during the film so I'm on edge and ready to shush people during pre-ads, but catch myself and try to chill. Credits, though Movie's done. Most people leave, how is talking disrespectful.

I would've let it slide if I were the guy, because I'm the type of person that would rather just not cause a scene. That said, he definitely has a point. Also, the way you describe it, it sounds like he started by politely asking to talk a little more quietly

I like to be quiet during credits, because it's their curtain call, ya know They all worked damn hard to have their names up there.
But I don't care if anyone else is quiet. Credits aren't equally meaningful to everyone, which is understandable.

once had someone in front of me AGGRESSIVELY rocking back and forth on their seat slamming into my knees, then they turned around and asked me to stop kicking their chair, I was too stunned to speak I just got up and sat somewhere else

You go to a place where the ettiquete asks you to be quiet, so be quiet. You don't own the space either and you are expected to be silent, so the guy is in his right. You wanna talk during the credits, go watch it at home duuuuude.

No, you shut up, is the correct response. The credits are a turn to your friends, wow, that was great, I'm glad I came with yall, clean up your area kinda time. Especially if the lights come on, bro, the movie is over.

That dude was not in the right. I want to presume various moral and ethical failings on his and his partners fault, but fact of the matter for a grown man to go on a tirade at two strangers is not acceptable.

Tbh this could also be a cultural difference Ive been in theaters in other countries where the 'end' of the movie was after the credits roll and the house lights wouldnt turn on until after that.

No amount of normal talking during a movie, credits or otherwise, will be as disruptive or disrespectful as someone berating other people for talking.
