The game Sable always calms me down, because there’s no real fail state, just a setback if you fall, at which point you activate your gliding and float gently to the bottom of the structure you were trying to climb. Nothing’s attacking you, nothing really chases you, you get a cool glider bike to customize and drive around the desert.
Maybe I need to replay Sable again.

The game that makes me most relaxed is the game that makes me heart rate fly too. It's rainworld. There's nothing like returning to industrial or outskirts after suffering for a while in the arrays or the chimneys, and finding your pet lizor running to you excitedly so that you two can go on a fun caterpillar hunt and share a tasty meal of well earned critters

I don't have any heart rate data, but I genuinely just boot up Elden Ring when I wanna feel relaxed. I never seem to be able to really get into cozy games, but there's just something relaxing about a game you know in and out, so Elden Ring just works for me. Also, maybe FFXIV, if I happen to have a subscription at the moment (so not very often, sadly)

I suggest using the EDA sensor too and looking at your rrintervals rather than bpm to consider relaxation status.
Also you didnt even say your baseline heart rate: ) lower doesnt automatically mean more relaxing.
I like using Polar for research too.

I prefer the games that get my heart beating out of my chest. When I’m clutching up in Apex Legends my heart rate goes wild. After the gunfight I usually have to take a few minutes to calm myself back down

Once while playing Breath of the Wild I was vibing around gathering mushrooms and I was so chilled out my Fitbit started buzzing a low heart rate warning. I didn't even know it did that

Stardew Valley being relaxing is a neurotypical psyop /j
but fr I can't relax playing Stardew Valley. I start panicking over the timer when it's after 9. AM.

i think we do not play stardew the same if that was the most relaxing, but this is so interesting to look at, especially since you played many kinds of games

Stardew Valley has me more stressed than league of legends. perhaps playing games like league makes Stardew so stressful
