All of the nutrients derived from fish, and from other animals, can be obtained more healthfully, humanely, and environmentally responsibly from plant sources. Needlessly harming animals for food or fun or anything else is animal abuse. Theres nothing sporting about it! \r

one of the safest animal to be with why is she wearing all the protective gear I understand most of the attacks are by accident because they mistake us by their prey. But to make believe they are little cute pets is dangerous. They are not Monsters or mindless Killers but still wild animals who are capable of inflicting life threatening wounds. Don't loose the respect and caution when interacting with wild animals. There was also a guy who thaught he understands the bears and he and his girlfriend where eating alive by them.

These animals are extremely intelligent. They know she's like a godsend and a rescuer or like a human doctor willing to help. Living day after day with hooks in them must be very painful.
Most wild animals on land you can't get close to but sharks will come to you. So amazing.

I understand that they are breathing, feeling creatures. But would you feel the same way about pulling something out of a polar bear's mouth Absolutely ridiculous. Watch the news for information about her death from a rouge shark that's not in her circle of shark friends.

Absolutely staggering! One of my dreams has always been to swim with sharks. Always been one of my favourite animals. I love how animals can learn to see us as friends. As you say, sharks are not mindless monsters - or eating machines - they're a astounding creatures

Sure sharks are terrifying, but calling them monsters is wrong. We as humans eat animals for survival and some people eat animals that aren't even suppose to be eaten.
So if a shark eats a human. hes not a monster. Its survival, just like we do

I love sharks and have done since I was little - its so funny when you hear shark infested water thats their home I believe they have existed longer then us humans and they are amazing creatures along with octopus and all underwater life xx

Just because you can pet them that doesn't mean you should. Making pets of wild animals is not ok, it alters their behavior. You don't want them to become reliant on humans for food, the whole ecosystem would be impacted.

Great education to reverse the unjustified terror people have of sharks. Yes they are wild animals - but so are cougars, wolves, bears, etc. They deserve our respect.
