A cat was chasing a chipmunk and it ran up to me up my leg the cat was still trying to get it even after I kicked him repeatedly with my steel toed boots but I slowed it down enough for the chipmunk to jump off me and run up a tree I think the cat had already hurt it though

I recently made a chipmunk friend in the backyard. I had been feeding birds by hand and leaving little bit on the ground for the chipmunks and he eventually came right up to me. He jumps right up into my hand and stuffs his fat little cheeks. It's adorable

When I was a young teenager I made friends with a wild chipmunk. I would feed him nuts at the stump he lived in. Over time he would allow me to get closer and closer until he was eating out of my hands.

We have about 5 chipmunks at the summer house who keep coming for peanuts. They chase each other all the time lol It's getting expensive to buy all these peanuts but they're too funny to stop.

Chipmunks need a balanced diet - berries, nuts, seeds, like sunflower (not too much because they are very fattening) they love fresh clover for something green!
