I used to volunteer at a wolf rescue and wolves generally like women rather than men and when we thought about it, it made sense that they've only ever had one natural enemy who posed a serious threat which is human males so we surmised that something in their DNA probably makes them gravitate to the life givers not the life takers.

I never so much as put leash on my little girl. I never put her in a cage. She walked the streets with me an greeted everyone with kindness. This pisses me off. You locked this dog up in prison and wonder why he reacts badly treat him as your pack and just go about life. He shouldn't be a prisoner for or the love of god.

I hope they're an accredited sanctuary. He seems not too bothered by men(the barks seems friendly, a few exposure therapy sessions and im sure anyone can handle him.
