Wild Shark Recognizes Human Best Friend After They Were Separated For A Year Soulmates SO BEAUTIFUL! I wish everyone of us could experience a relationship like this with a wild animal, so we would realize that our planet and all the other species we SHARE this planet with, are so worthy! And just as worthy as we are! Let us wake up to the fact that we need to be the stewards of this planet and the animals, so they can live comfortable and safe lives. The tragedy right now of sharks being killed on this planet is not sustainable! Stop killing sharks for fins. STOP! 100 million sharks are killed each year! For their fins! The fins are cut off the shark and then they are thrown back into the sea, without their swimming apparatus. Only human beings could be so cruel!

This is so beautiful and cute. Sharks are really cute. It reminds me also of Genesis 1: 26 that mentions that man has dominion over the fish of the sea.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Okay it's not strictly true that Tiger sharks want NOTHING to do with us as a food source, there are literal documented videos of Tiger Sharks attacking and killing humans. But there are lots of ways this can be prevented and unique circumstance that leads to such things happening. They're not monsters, but they're also not just trained sea puppies, you gotta treat them with the respect they deserve.

LMAO at all those loons really believing that not only a tiger shark can recognize a 'friend' after a year, especially underneath the suit and all the equipment but it's gonna be affectionate towards him too.
That fish is just curious and well fed and just facing a team of experienced divers.
That guy can turn into a snack at any given moment.
Wake up you Disney watching loons ffs.

I never in my life thought this interaction was possible. A human and a shark! Amazing! Only because all the movies we see, it's always man against sharks. Jaws, The Meg, are just primary examples. Psychologically, they train us to believe sharks are dangerous and are off limits. Maybe that's a good thing so we can leave them alone.

Just come across this and just put a massive smile on my face I love all animals some I am scared of big spiders and great whites tiger sharks but saying that I think they are still wonderful beautiful creatures and Emma is just amazing hope you both have many many more years of such a beautiful friendship
reply

with alligators sharks maybe even a leopard or tiger or lion they always seek this affection but like the alligator it’s afraid of you and you can’t simply go up to it and pet it, I’m saying this because even if they are top predators they are still looking for affection in the inside.
reply

I do not agree with the statement. These beautiful creatures want absolutely nothing with us as a food source
If got the chance and are hungry they will attack and kill humans for food.
We humans care about other creatures a Lot. But we have to be careful at the same time.

What a beautiful video! All (or most) sentient creatures & plants respond
to affection in my OWN experience, but I would not approach a shark
unless it was injured in a way that I could help immediately. Shark in
water hurt Grandma going in! Stay back, boys!

It's hard to know exactly what's going on in her mind. But she's obviously getting something that's enjoyable out of it, since she's been doing it for so long and she wouldn't be doing it otherwise.
It's still cute as hell.

I'm sure in a world as dangerous and scary as the oceanic world is a bit of affection like this is a once in a life time one in a billion chance for them and probably life changing no matter how simple minded a shark may be
reply

I never tire of watching this video And you can tell that Emma is very relaxed around him since she only briefly blinks her eyes when close to him Sharks are very protective of their eyes. she was enjoying looking at him.

I want go and need to be with our freinds, arm loss or not, they need us and I'm more serious than a John Craven news round.
I gotta get back to what I semi remember 10, 000yrs ago,
Help our animals please xxx

On a serious note, you can really see the love in this sharks eyes, facial expression and body language. Absolutely amazing and a reminder that we are not the only intelligent lifeforms on this planet, not by a long shot.

4 hooks thats so fkn sad. Makes you wonder how many hooks that never got removed.
Can someone please explain to me why fishermen dont use hooks/nets that dissolve over time Like dissolvable stitches

reply

I have a couple questions is emma a tigershark or great white
In seriousness are you concerned about others who are not as ecologically minded as you would try something like this as an adventure

reply

God, Tiger sharks are my favorite. They are right at the top of my bucket list, even more so than great whites(when I say bucket list I mean species I want to encounter/dive with)
reply

1: 20
These are, without question, sentient creatures that thrive on affection, which they’ve never had before.
Literally me intensifies.

Global shark bite deaths doubled in 2023 with 40% occurring in Australia. Sharks are being smart to gain trust of humans, since they lack food now
reply

i cant believe im about to say. this shark is adorable. there, i really said it. and my fear of sharks dropped a bit too, imagine that.
reply

Lol reminds me of a cat when you pet them. there's so much we dont know n will never know about the animals on our planet.
reply

I really grew up thinking Sharks, Alligators and Snakes were just stone cold killers with the inability to show any but.
reply

I wish you continued love & safety. but be careful. Many times a wild animal who loved their trainer for years later attacked.
reply

Wow you two have the best friendship ever! Off work ill in bed UK and this is just beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing
reply

What a lovely video Thanks for easing my fear of sea creatures. I’ll be more relaxed in the water now
reply

So cute when she closes her eyes when being petted I hope Emma lives long and wont be harmed by humans.
reply

I can imagine the incredible feeling of that encounter. I get excited when a batfish decides to swim with me.
reply

Sharks in movies: I am the personification of death
Sharks irl: bro imma do a swim blub blub gimmie pets

reply

I love sharks so much. I know they can kill me. But they are just water dogs. They love getting pets.
reply

these sharks like to hang with each other so I guess that means they are social. didnt know they did that.
reply

Yeah sure it does, diver looks exactly like every other diver in a full wet suit, mask, find and tank.
reply

I swear i could hear the voice of Morgan Freeman saying i hope to see my friend and pet her head
reply

She almost like a big Labrador Retriever, that could bite you in half if you don't play ball.
reply

Maybe the shark turned the human into it's pet training him to give the shark pats. good human.
