I really wish everyone in the rescue community would stop judging the previous owners.
Being poor and doesn't make you're mean, heartless, and uncaring.
She was a very trusting dog. I would think that her previous people were good to her. But in many states in America, being poor is criminalized. If her owner was homeless and arrested for being homeless, what do the cops do for their pet NOTHING!
Please stop judging unless you know for certain, then it's just the facts.
