I remember NYC ACC showing a video of Webber to locate his owners I believe. I live in NYC and I'm glad they found him a foster; he's one of the lucky dogs that doesn't have to handle the noisy shelter.
My guess is he belonged to a breeder who realized no one might adopt him, too lazy to get him to a rescue and no compassion just to continue caring for him w/our wanting to profit off of him, or
an irresponsible, selfish owner who didn't want to be responsible for him. Regardless to New Yorkers, stop supporting dog breeders. They're partly responsible for the overcrowding of the NY shelter. You're financially supporting greed, suffering and possibly dog fighting. If you stop then it will be a step toward ending exploitation and corruption. No NY politician is going to fix this issue. Please take that some money for the dog breeders and adopt a dog from ACC or any local NY rescue. They're full too. Or donate to either one or both; just quit buying from dog breeders.

I can understand Webby's JUMPING WITH EXCITEMENT! He was adopted and has a NEW HOME! He can jump, wobble, it doesn't matter! He can live on the sofa! As long as he has a family that loves him Kudos To Webby!

Can confirm. Pitbull wants to lay on you and sit on you in your desk chair and help you work by getting in your business. Its hard to watch these videos sometimes because i want to rescue them all.

I cannot believe people aren’t lined up to adopt this delightful dog. If I wasn’t busy fostering, I would definitely consider him. There is someone out there for him!

The Asher House also has a few dogs with cerebellar hypoplasia and I absolutely love them. (Matilda is my favorite by far. I've decided I now love Webby too.
