I've adopted many kitties over my lifetime. The adoption contract always stated that if it didn't work out I was under contract to bring the kitty back to the shelter, not throw him or her out into the street like disposable trash. There is no creature on earth more prone to thoughtless and selfish cruelty than humans.

This is the problem with some people from some countries. They just don't understand what a pet can do for people. I have a 16 year old dog. Do you really think I would abandon my own dog. He had a bladder stone, and I got some funding for some of it. Some people think they are just a thing and not a live being.

Wish nothing but the worst for those people that abandoned that poor helpless cat like that. there's nothing I despise more in this world than people who abuse the helpless and innocent! Thank God she recovered and God willing she will live a happy healthy life from here on out.

The family could afford to go through a breeder and buy a more expensive breed for a 4 year old child but couldn't cover the cost of the cat getting sick Seems kinda like a shallow excuse for the family. Freaking awful people

Fifi’s shocking condition and knowing she was heartlessly abandoned because of her illness enrages me. Life in all forms is precious and Fifi deserves to be loved and cherished. Kitties are supposed to be plump, not skeletal.

I am so sick of hearing about these poor animals be they cats, dogs or whatever, being abandoned, abused or neglected by so called humans. Thank god there are those few among us who care enough to try to help.

I hope that Fifi can get adopted with one of the other cats she's bonded with at the sanctuary. I'm sure it would make her transition so much better to her new home if she could go with one of her friends.

People suck so much sometimes! Why would they think their child could catch the cat’s illness! Don’t get a pet before educating yourself about them and being able to afford their healthcare!
