I noticed Goofy at King Triton's concert, but I didn't notice Mickey Mouse nor Donald Duck nor Kermit the frog! Besides, what were they doing at King Triton's concert, anyway? Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Kermit the frog can't breath underwater and, because they're four different animals, I'm sure they won't make a cameo appearance in the live-action/CGI remake of The Little Mermaid, but, because she has long red hair and a beautiful voice, Francesca Angelucci Capaldi shall play Ariel, Noah Schnapp should play Prince Eric as if Disney brought Charlie Brown and the little red-haired girl together, Phyllis Smith should play Ursula to show people that villains are evil on the outside because they're sad inside and Jamie Foxx shall play Sebastian the crab in it!

I kind of thought Moana was a cross between Lilo and Stitch and Pocahontas! You've explained what makes Moana like Lilo and Stitch, but what makes it like Pocahontas is that the title character was a village chief's daughter and the movie itself was a musical! In fact, the song How Far I'll Go was quite similar to the song Colors of the Wind.
