Ok I agree the beast was not a very kind person when he was a human but after he met Bell, everything just changed. He became kind. Bell trusted him. And everything.

In maleficent the movie she just wanted the revenge from the king not his daughter. And she realised that she was doing wrong and tried to break the spell and it kinda did work.
So the thing is I don't consider these people VILLAINS.

Real villain of 100 Dalmatians: the owners
They know for a fact she uses animals for her fur coats, especially dogs, and yet lets her stay in a house with 101 dogs! What is wrong with them.

He couldve explained why it is dangerous up there or give her feet, and nothing would have happened. Ursula was just doing her job.

Elsa could not be the villain as she ran to save her sister and her kingdom. Her kingdom got frozen by mistake she does not want it to be frozen. She won't came back as she was in fear that may other things can also go wrong and she was in fear of hurt her beloved sister and from the starting she always felt guilty about her powers and also she was not treated nicely.

I disagree with Elsa being a villain. She just wanted to protect Arendelle from her powers which she couldn't control. She sent Anna away to protect her, not as an act of evil. She didn't mean to set off the eternal winter and eventually learned how to bring back summer. If she sent Anna away as an act of hate, she wouldn't have cried when Anna froze.

Elsa's parents made her scared of herself and litrary everyone in the movie except Anna her sister HANS the villan and Iduna her mother. yes even her father king agnar made her fear herself whpen that happens her power becomes dangeorous, scary and ummmmmm i don't know but yah so king Agnars the come on lets rap this up!

Miguel's Abuela is nowhere near a villain. She had the right to ban music and not include her grandad in the family if he ran away and abandoned the family to follow his own selfish dream. Yes he was gonna come back but never did due to his death but they didn't know so she had the right.
