No Marco and stars souls are bonded even though they took off the blood moon curse their love still bonded them. Marco can use stars magic and the reason why his cheeks have crescent moons that aper red is because the are like the blood moon ball its moon is also red.
In the episode titled bon bon the birthday clown Marco says to Jackie that they need to help star he looks up at the moon and it is a red half crescent. Then in the episode entitled both buddies star takes the photo out of the little photo slot you can see the marks on Marcos cheek at a certain point and then the episode ends while looking at the half red crescent moon. I do believe even though they broke the curse it was still the reason there souls were bonded since there souls are bonded Marco can dip into stars magic. After they remove the curse there love stays strong enough to hold that bond forever and keep them together!

I love the reasoning for people being evil. They look scary, their different. Because that's been a good historical marker for judging other people and totally hasn't caused horrible things to happen. LOL

Starco because that's actually what happened like I said I watched through the entire show and at the end they do become a couple
