Just for fun I'm going to rebuke these one by one
1. Harley has a cool origin story sure, but the Joker doesn't have a definitive origin story so it's hard to compare the two. However the comic that attempted to give Joker an origin story: The Killing Joke, is one of the most acclaimed comic book stories of all time. The Joker movie which also explores a possible origin for the joker was a record breaking smash hit. I think it's safe to say that the Joker's origin is plenty interesting.
2. Joker relies more on trickery than brute force which makes for an interesting fighting style. Mask of the Phantasm is a good example of this. Gymnastics are cool though Harley Quinn is never been shown to be a match for batman. She usually gets one shotted.
3. Joker doesn't have unique weapons? What about joker toxin? Joker possesses a huge arsenal of weapons. Knives, guns, crowbars, razor playing cards, cyanide pies, acid flowers, buzzers, remote control exploding toy air-planes, etc. What does Harley have? A mallet? Joker has also wielded a mallet and he did it before Harley.
4. Joker has had many different designs over the years. You showed some in your own video. He doesn't always have a purple suit or a painted clown face. Harley's designs on the other hand all have the same motif. Personally I find them a bit hit or miss and strongly dislike the modern design.
5. Yeah, no shit the Joker doesn't love Harley. What's your point?
6. She's the opposite of an independent woman. She's literally in a co-dependant relationship with Joker. Even outside of that she tends to rely on others for support, such as poison ivy, or the suicide squad or the birds of prey.
7. That depends on the interpretation of the character. Also you kind of undermine your point when you go on to say that Harley has tried to kill herself multiple times in the next segment.
8. Joker is incapable of friendship, but that doesn't make him less interesting. In fact, watching him manipulate those around him into doing what he wants is fascinating and one of my favourite aspects of the character. Just see the dark knight for example.
9. Joker is usually portrayed as the pinnacle of evil and chaos so he doesn't have much room for growth. Again I will refer you to the Joker movie for an example of how it can be done.
10. Joker is meant to be extremely evil. It's one of the defining features of his character. Having said that, it's not true that he has never shown a good side. Stories such as Going Sane, The White Knight, and The Killing Joke have explored the joker's potential good side. Not to mention the Joker movie.

Reasons why Joker is far more an interesting character than Harley.
1. - No one has truly written an origin story of him, as the movie Batman The Dark Knight, he tells 2 different stories of himself, in the comics also has 2 different stories, the recent movie shows a totally different story, therefore he has an even better story arc, since no one really knows his true intentions or motivations to act.
2. - Joker manipulated an inteligent Doctor, made her act lunatic like him, proving Joker is far more inteligent.
3. - Joker doesn't to fight, he is so clever that makes other fight for him.
4. - Joker is cunning and he doesn't need fancy weapons, he isn't proving anything, he is just effective. He has Harley as his sidekick, he doesn't need pets.
5. - Like all geniuses (Steve Jobs used the same jeans and black turtle neck, he doesn't waste time with clothing.
6. - Joker he doesn't love anyone, therefore he doesn't have any weakness, he is a full villian.
7. - Joker is the most independent villian, doesn't need partners to fool Batman.
8. - Joker isn't driven by anything, he is just driven by chaos, he has no motivation to hate, in fact, he loves to fight his nemesis, because it's an intelectual battle.

First of all with out a Joker there wouldn't be a Harley. She dresses, act, and laugh like the Joker in fact she's the Joker's Robin=sidekick. This video is trying to make her seen like a hero, she can be but if u commit crimes to enjoy your self u are still a criminal. Yes she can develop to be what's ever she wants become even a super hero rise from hell it's self but she's not even close to be better than joker she is like Batmans Robin that became Nightwing but don't get it confused Batman is till Batman. This Harley queen is better than Jaden Letto Joker that Does Not mean Harley Queen better than Joker. Batman is able to kill the hole justice league when ever he want, but the person who have given the most problem is not the man of steel but Joker it self.

Joker isn't really good with hand to hand combat, and mostly uses explosives In the comics, Batman admits that Joker is fast and agile in combat, and very dangerous.
What's with this video? Are you trying to convince fans of the DC Universe, or new fans of the films and shows? Because only the fans of the newer films and shows are going to fall for this. We all know how these characters work
