Am I the only one who did not like the Cinderella liveaction from Disney? It was just way to sugary sweet. we simply must be kind and have courage or something like that. Yikes. Also the step sisters were kinda weird in that one. The dress is ok, but the butterflies kinda ruin it for me. I prefer Ever after with Drew Barrymore. The characters are deeper than in most cinderella movies. Even Cinderella (Danielle) is way more bad ass. Also she saves herself. Not saying more cuz spoilers: )

The way the question is worded, the favorite version of those responding doesn't necessarily have to be any of the ones in this video.
Although I like most of those versions, my favorite, hands down, is the 1965 Rodgers and Hammerstein version, with the songs,
Cinderella's dress, and Cinderella dancing with the prince especially endearing me to the story, the most realistic version I've seen.

Even if Cinderella is of the 19th century it's still a very iconic cartoon and l love it so much. L choose the original version dress cause that's the only version l know and love. L would never want to change Cinderella 's dress. Its perfect just like it is

Grimm version wasnt original either, the oldest versions were have are Ancient Greek (and there are older origins than that) and French Perrault version is the oldest version thats really our Cinderella and Grimms a little different.

I love the Cinderella disney live action dress but there are also really nice dresses in A Cinderella Story If The Shoe Fits and A Cinderella Story Christmas Wish that both look gorgeous as well
