15 Vecna Designs That Didn't Make The Cut For Stranger Things

We can t stop talking about how terrifying Jamie Campbell Bower is as Vecna in Stranger Things season four. The Duffer Brothers love having a ton of practical effects on set Vecna was no different. Jamie spent over eight hours a day getting into his Vecna design prosthetics, but did you know there were actually a ton of other designs we could have ended up with? The incredible concept artist, Michael Maher Jr. went all out when designing Stranger Things newest big bad. There were designs that were inspired by a prehistoric fish, Alien, Predator, a sort of, Creepypasta smiling character, and tons of other, fleshy, gory depictions. A big influence behind these designs was Henry s time spent in the Upside Down. Michael Maher Jr. wondered what kind of effect being in a place like that for so long would have on the human body. You ll see what we mean when we pull up a few of these designs. A big reason a lot of these designs were scrapped, was because it limited Jamie s ability to utilize his facial expressions to give us that deep, personal scare factor we re all seeing in our Vecna-induced nightmares. In the end, they seemed to stick with the Hellraiser and Nightmare on Elm Street, humanoid version of Vecna we all hate to love. Vecna would win not Voldemort because Vecna is very very very strong he would do anything to hurt his Victim that s why yeah maybe volume up or when I 2% chance but but like vaccine like 150% that s why yeah

I like the evil swamp thing better because it's just more menacing especially when it shows his skull features I'm honestly glad for the final version much more Chilling!
