There is so much action and adventure when diving into the wizarding world of Harry Potter, but do you know just how much the actors had to go through to give us such magical entertainment?
Daniel Radcliffe, for starters, did so many stunts that he wasn t ashamed to admit scared the crap out of him. Do you remember when he s hanging from the roof of the castle before he plummets down? Yeah, that was him. Also, something you might not know, is that he s actually a pretty terrible swimmer, but he did all over his own swimming scenes.
Talk about dedication. We can t forget about his incredible co-stars, Emma Watson, who plays the amazing Hermione Granger, and Rupert Grint, who gave us the charming Ron Weasley.
One of their least favorite scenes might surprise you, but it s only because their real-life relationship closely resembles brother and sister. Wait until we get into all the secrets about the great hall. How tasty do you think all that food was? You might be surprised by that answer. We re not totally surprised by this, but still reeling over the fact that there were quite a few scary on-set injuries.
Matthew Lewis, who plays Neville, was quite the champ when it came to pushing through the pain. He also had to deal with his own teenage boy ego when wearing a fat suit and false teeth around a bunch of girls on set. We feel for you, Matthew, we really do.
